hey there, welcome!
I’m Trisha, and I’m passionate about all things home—well, except for plumbing and painting (and just in general anything that doesn’t involve a saw)..
By day, I’m a commercial architect, designing everything from high schools to performing arts centers. But in 2021, when we moved to Kentucky, I started this blog as a creative outlet when I transitioned to fully remote work. With a home in desperate need of TLC (still true!), it quickly became the perfect space to document my journey and share projects with family and friends.
Somewhere between renovating our fixer-upper and hoarding power tools, I rediscovered my love for woodworking. These days, you’ll find me swapping out paintbrushes for sawdust and sharing everything I’ve learned along the way. My goal? To inspire, teach, and connect with other makers who get just as excited about building cool stuff as I do.
P.S. My house is still a work in progress… but hey, isn’t that part of the adventure?
